One on one health coaching
Learn the best way for you to eat, move and rest to reach and maintain your weight loss goal.
One 60-90 minute initial session to get you started on your weight loss journey. $150
5 - 10 thirty minute follow-up sessions for additional detailed support. Includes unlimited text or email communication up until the last session is used. Questions requiring long answers may be tabled until the next formal 30 minute coaching session. $350/5 session and $600/10 sessions paid in full no refunds.
Sessions may be in person or over the phone.
Group online coaching program
Learn the best way eat, move and rest to reach and maintain your weight loss goals.
$400 Eight week program provides weekly general health and fat loss guidelines via an email each Sunday night between 6pm & midnight.
Includes two 40 minute Q&A video conference calls each week to get your more specific personal questions answered for the benefit of the group.
Participants may email their questions before the conference call to the coach or ask them live during the actual call.
Less expensive than the individual health coaching program. Registration form.
21 day metabolism reset
Reset your metabolism to become better at burning fat for fuel and re-establishing your healthy weight. Reset usually runs once a month. $39 paid up front, no refunds.
Completely online group coaching program.
Receive nightly emails explaining the concepts, science and suggestions for the next day.
Least expensive coaching program but not personalized to your individual needs and no one on one coaching.
One on one personal training
Learn and complete exercises specific to your goals. Learn general healthy eating guidelines
Ten 30 minute training sessions 1-3 times per week. $350 paid in full no refunds.
All sessions completed in person at a mutually agreed upon fitness center or other location. Online distance personal training available with facetime or google chat.
Less expensive than the individual health coaching program but no detailed instruction about eating patterns. No text or email questions outside of each session.
